Possibly a program that manages data, as it appears in the Private Room (named “SPR chatroom”) scanning through data before the chatroom fully connects.

It is a forbidden topic of discussion around SYSTEM since it crashes whenever the name is mentioned. In SERVER 01, SYSTEM explained that it cannot read or write a statement that involves them (see 2 August 2025 SYSTEM chats from SERVER 01 for context).

It is associated with the phrase “ALWAYS WATCHING”, which could have some significance behind it.
