Over the course of the STATION_8 livestreams (see STATION_8 TRIM 90 and STATION_8 TERMINAL 8), the elusive, often times sinister “He” figure could be considered a villain type of character within the 7/10 lore, since his presence always brings about some kind of trouble or is mentioned as a figure to avoid by INDI and Kepler.¹ Certain clues point to He potentially being a supernatural entity or powerful force within the 7/10 universe, such as the video HIS PERCEPTION, and a hint from SYSTEM points to He being related to TTH in some way.

In the same video, if you speed up the audio you’ll hear speech that vaguely sounds like “I am DaVinci” along with other chaotic sounds in the background.

This could suggest that the alias D4V1NC1, which was mentioned in the description of RIGfunctionobservationTEST028.mp4, is related to He in some way.
