Kepler is the alias of the entity running the YouTube channel 7/10 NPP1. It is likely that they are human and a possible informant of REN within TTH. Their Private Room ID is “K3P13R”, which became “inaccessible” after RIGfunctionobservationTEST028.mp4 was uploaded.

Kepler has been seen in charge of supervising INDI during the STATION_8 livestreams (starting with STATION_8 TRIM 90), hinting at an authoritative role within REN and/or TTH. Not much is known about the relationship between Kepler and D4V1NC1, however their aliases (or IDs) were seen together in the description of RIGfunctionobservationTEST028.mp4, which suggested that they had some form of communication within the Private Room and therefore possibly have some form of a professional relationship. In LOG-36, it is confirmed that they both work together under REN.
